About our staff

Our staff holds a minimum of Bachelors degree in Information Technology with varied experience and hold Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP-SA) and ITIL Foundation certifications. Client satisfaction is always our top priority and we strive to achieve it every day.

Our recruitment process involves complex technical interviews blended with behavioural questions to find individuals who will do their best to provide the level of service our clients expect from Introtech.

Our staff goes through mandatory skills improvement programs to maintain their current and attain further industry qualifications, we under qualifications and certifications are important but work experience plays the vital role in providing the right solutions. We ensure that all our staff has a minimum of 3 years experience in IT.
